This year’s Scuba VBS was a fun filled week of friendship, faith and community building. Our campers enjoyed five days of Art, Music, Bible and Gym. They learned about how God is our friend! Each day had a different theme and brought different crafts, bible stories and games. We built light houses because Jesus is our light, boats because God gives us what we need and rain sticks because Jesus calms our storms. The different bible stories enhanced our campers' knowledge that God truly is a trusted friend that will always be by our side. The children also worked diligently on learning dances and songs to show their parents at the end of our week. We were grateful and blessed to have our adult volunteers this year to help us lead the children as well as our youth volunteers who have created an unbreakable bond with each other. We look forward to next year and have already started planning!
