2024 - 2025 EVENTS

Ministry Leads must fill out the form below to request the dates and times for your ministry's meetings and events. This form will be submitted to the Parish Office for processing. Your request is not in the Event Management System until you receive an email confirmation with your dates/times. 

1. Please read through the updated Facility Usage Policy and Safe Environment Clearance.

2. Any group member that comes into ANY contact with children must have Safe Environment Clearance before beginning service, coaching, etc. 

3. All new fundraisers must be approved by Fr. Mike in advance of reserving space. Fundraisers after Mass are limited to one weekend and must have approval in advance.
