On this Sunday at the 10:30am Mass, the traveling torch of Our Lady of Guadalupe will arrive at St. Gregory the Great. This torch was blessed by Msgr. Siriani at the Co-Cathedral on November 1st and has traveled to Our Lady of the Angels in Trenton, St. Vincent de Paul in Yardville and now at St. Gregory the Great. The next stop after St. Gregory's will be St. Raphael-Holy Angels.
This year there are 17 torches - 8 that will travel to parishes, 4 at the Knights of Columbus; 4 Pro-Life Torches and 1 that is travelling to our Diocesan cemeteries. There is also a memorial wall for all those who have passed during the past year with a special emphasis on those who lost their life to Covid 19.
All torches will be brought to the Cathedral on December 5th for a special Mass with Bishop O'Connell to celebrate the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
