every time you stick your foot in it."
That metaphor rings true. And, these days the “current” of change is moving so fast that many people, young and old alike, feel overwhelmed. But, good news! Our triune God, that Holy Trinity of divine Persons “is the same yesterday, today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8) And, because God doesn't change, He's always the “rock” (Psalm 31:3b,4) we can firmly stand upon. But, although He doesn't change, God does move. Those standing on the promises of God are called to keep moving toward a deeper understanding of their purpose and practice in the Body of Christ. And, you can “keep moving” (grow spiritually) through: St. Gregory the Great's regularly offered small group discussions over thoughtfully selected Catholic book studies; viewing well-produced Catholic films in group settings (or at home); hearing our guest speakers' presentations on relevant subjects that will encourage and inspire your walk of faith.
The Church of St. Gregory the Great's Adult Faith Formation Team prays and works together to provide you with tangible, enjoyable pathways to spiritual growth in prayerful fellowships with other motivated learners. The need for spiritually mature Christians in the Catholic Church has never been greater. “Being the Church where the Church needs to be” is ever our challenge, and bearing “good fruit” (John 15:16) is ever our goal. We can't meet that challenge and reach that goal without devoted Catholic men and women living out their well informed faith as members of our healthy parish.

Among our parish offerings, you will find bible studies, classes on Catholicism, seminars, and opportunities for prayer and retreats. Taking time to participate may involve making a sacrifice of time in your life. But, it is a sacrifice worth making, because the fruits of that sacrifice will provide a better understanding of the Catholic faith and a deeper spiritual life as you grow closer to God.
